Sock Fabric

The fabric of socks is quite different than most other clothes. This is mainly because socks tend to be exposed to significantly more wear and tear. It is easy to see many strands out of the ordinary woven structure of the fabric. The older the sock, the more of these rouge strands are visible on the fabric surface. After a certain amount of wear and tear the socks will start to develop holes in them. That is when we know it is time to dispose of them.
