White Blood Corpuscles

Blood cells there are several major blood cells types which include, white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets. In the following images, most of the visible cells are red blood cells. They don't have a nucleus and they look white mainly because this specimen was prepared with chemicals that remove the red color of the red blood corpuscles. In the center of the third image, it is possible to see a white blood corpuscle which fights the foreign microorganisms in the bloodstream.
